As our members are growing all the time and we want to cater all the skill levels, we decided to start weekly beginners classes.

Classes will be run on Tuesdays (8 pm – 9 pm) and on Thursdays (6.30 pm – 7.30pm).
These classes are NoGi -Classes, so you won’t be needing Kimono. T-shirt/rashguard & shorts/spats will be sufficient outfit fort the classes.

These classes will cover the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:

  • Guard
  • Side control
  • Backmount
  • Mount
  • Submissions
  • Escapes
  • Sweeps

You will have to complete 8 beginners sessions, to be able to join all levels classes.

The price for the 8 sessions will be 50€. Those 8 sessions are valid for 2 months.

4-week cycling system

The beginner’s classes will be run in 4-week cycles. This means, that after 4 weeks, the program will start from the beginning. This allows everyone to join at any time. Classes are not progressive, instead, all the classes will be covering different positions. If you happen to miss 1 or 2 sessions, it is not the end of the world, you can make up those missing classes during those 2 months.
